Our management service includes everything in our letting service plus the following:

• We would be the first port of call for any issues which would arise with your property.
• We would liaise directly with the tenant and arrange to carry out any repairs which may arise.
• We have an extensive panel of trusted tradesmen covering all professions (internal & external). We will ensure that all works/repairs are carried out to a high standard & always carry out an inspection prior to approving payment.
• In relation to any repairs required, we would carry out an inspection of any problem and report back to you to seek approval for the works.
• We will invoice you for any works carried out throughout the term of our management contract.
• Inspections are carried out biannually to ensure the property is being cared for & that the terms of the tenancy are being adhered to.
• We will carry out rent reviews in accordance with legislation & ensure rent maximisation and that there are no void rental periods on the property.
• We will also deal with any end of lease upgrading works when required.
• We will also deal with any potential issues regarding the lease & ensure that the tenancy runs in accordance with the lease and that both the Tenant & Landlord fulfils their obligations.
• We will arrange for the RTB registration of your property and can advise on all matters relating to the RTB, if ever required.
• We will handle all matters relating to end of tenancy.
